BACOLOD CITY, May 21 (PNA) — A rape suspect and another wanted person were arrested in separate entrapment operations held in Negros Occidental recently.
First to fall was 41-year-old Dante Arma of Zone 5, Barangay Bagumbayan, Valladolid who was accused of rape in his hometown.
Arma was arrested by combined forces of Intelligence Section of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office and Valladolid Police Station on Saturday inside his house.
The other wanted person arrested on Monday by Bacolod City Police Station (BCPO) at Asuncion Lopez-Lizares Elementary School was 41-year-old Glendalyn Guillen who was facing charges for violation of Batasang Pambansa 22 or Bouncing Checks Law.
Judge Marina Gaerlan Mejorada of Branch 70, Metropolitan Trial Court, Pasig City issued Guillen’s warrant of arrest. (PNA)
