BFP Bacolod gets donations from England


BACOLOD CITY, May 14 (PNA) — A couple of good Samaritans from England donated life-saving equipment to Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Bacolod City recently.

Marlowe Tate, an emergency medical technical from England and his wife, Gareth Tañada-Tate, a native of this city.

Their donations were consisted of three automated external defibrillator, cervical collars, blood pressure apparatus and medical supplies for their fire station.

Deputy City Fire Marshal Insp. Publio Ploteña, Insp. Jovelyn Zamar and FO2 Andrew Demisana of Plans and Training Section received the equipment and medical supplies.

In behalf of the BFP-Bacolod City, Fire Marshall Chief Insp. Bartolome Beliran said they were grateful to its benefactor for sharing their blessings to the fire station. (PNA)
